Terms and Conditions:
- The AIPA Plan require a minimum 1 month connection. Available to Pynk approved customers only. The AIPA Plan is strictly Direct Debit Credit Card only. Failure to provide Direct Debit will result in instant suspension of account. Payments will be taken 10 days from initial Billing date. Late or failed payments will receive a $3.95 late payment fee.
- The minimum monthly spend is invoiced one month in advance and includes monthly access fee and monthly included calls as indicated in rate plan table. Monthly included calls do not carry forward. Monthly included calls do not include all call types. Charges incurred in excess of the included calls will be charged as per pricing in the pricing tables in the standard form of agreement.
- If the contract is terminated early, the sum of the remaining monthly charges times the remaining months of the contract plus any billed/unbilled charges due for the mobile service is payable.
- Handsets are not provided with the AIPA plan range. The customer must provide their own Handset. Customers can purchase up to 3 new phones per year at the customers cost on Pynk special prices.
- Special Numbers are numbers beginning with 13, 1300, 1800, 190; voicemail diversions and retrievals; diversions; directory assistance, operator services, etc. Calling these services are charged on a calculated wholesale price charged to Pynk with a 30% mark up. There is no set price on calling these services.
- Access to voicemail is free. If you actively call your voicemail, charges are calculated at rates determined as calling a Vodafone mobile.
- SMS @ Paging Messages: Standard SMS & Paging messages are charged whether or not the message is successfully delivered to customers on an Australian mobile digital network. International SMS or Paging Messages are a calculated wholesale price charged to Pynk with a GP% mark up. There is no set price on SMS or Paging Message services. It is dependent on Country, Network used, and changing Australian currency. (whether or not the message is successfully delivered) to customers connected to the GSM network of a participating overseas mobile carrier whether or not the message is successfully delivered.
- International Direct Dial (IDD) is automatically activated. Please refer to the Pynk website www.pynk.com.au or contact Customer Service for IDD destinations and current charges. IDD prices are subject to change without notice.
IDD Roaming will also automatically activate National Roaming on the Telstra Network within Tasmania and Victoria. You will experience a drop out of the call if roaming from Vodafone to Telstra. National Roaming is charged at 70c per min.
- International Roaming: International Roaming on a calculated wholesale price charged to Pynk with a GP% mark up. There is no set price on Roaming with these services. It is dependent on Country, Network used, and changing Australian currency. This charge also includes any Vodafone services used when roaming. It is highly recommended that if overseas travel is done, that the customer understands the guide provided at the top of this page.
- All connections are to the Vodafone Mobile Digital network.
Pynk to Pynk is calculated by any customer having a phone number being connected to Pynk Billing. This can be any Landline or Mobile Phone number. The account must be active to receive discounted rates.
- Pynk is the trading name of Total Finance Management Qld Pty Ltd. Services offered are exclusive to Pynk and do not represent any billing platform from Vodafone or any other Australian Service Provider. Connecting or using our services means that the customer accepts any and all charges within these terms and conditions. Prices include GST.
